Our approach

Make the important things clear before you buy.

A refurbished device has already had a life. That should make the information more transparent, not less.

Test first

Refurbished devices are checked on more than 50 technical points before sale.

Show the battery

For phones, battery capacity is at least 85% at delivery, or a new-battery option can be selected where offered.

Describe it honestly

Cosmetic condition is shown separately from technical functionality, so you know what to expect.

From device to delivery

Simple process. Clear result.

Inspect & testCore functions, components and performance are checked.

Clean & resetThe device is cleaned and restored to factory settings.

Repair where neededIssues that do not meet the required standard are addressed before sale.

Grade & describeAppearance, battery information and relevant product details are shown before checkout.

What we believe

Used technology can be a smart choice — as long as you know what you’re getting.
